What data we process

• Your order details: your shop name, your phone number (if you give it), your comments and the products you order.
• Whatever you write to us on WhatsApp, WeChat, phone or email.
• Technical data the website needs to work and protect itself from abuse, such as your IP address and browser type when you send an order.

We do not ask for special categories of data. The website is aimed at adult professionals.

Why we use it

• To prepare and manage your orders and reply to you.
• To answer your questions.
• To meet our legal obligations (for example, invoicing and accounting).
• To protect the website from fraud, bots and abuse.

Legal basis

• Managing your order and replying to you: necessary for the pre-contractual steps and the contract you ask for (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax records). After that it is deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Only the following have access to it:

• The hosting and technology providers that run the website. They act as data processors, under contract and with safeguards, and may only use the data to provide that service to us.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to send your order on WhatsApp. You send the message from your own app and WhatsApp handles it under its own privacy policy.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). In that case, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, ask for its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent by writing to ssfashionsl24@gmail.com. Tell us which right you want to exercise and how to identify you.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security
